International Neighbors in Charlottesville
A portion your purchase this season will support the STEPS program with International Neighbors in Charlottesville, VA. STEPS (standing for Support, Trust, Empower, Perseverance, Strength) is a new program at IN for newly resettled women to feel less isolated in their new communities.
STEPS members gain knowledge about community resources (job placement, English lessons, learning grants for their children) and learn new tools and skills each month from a guest speaker at The Women's Initiative, a nonprofit organization in Charlottesville providing mental health services regardless of a woman's ability to pay.
